Bowler of the Month Roll-Off

2010

 On June 30, 2010 the GCBA held their Bowler of the Month roll-off.   Freeway Lanes Of Parma hosted the event. Six Bowlers participated in the Roll-Off.  Mark Linnert took top honors, by being 40 pins over his 214 average, for 3 games.  Close behind was John Dougherty, 32 pins over his 191 average.  Jim Griffith was 24 over, followed by Jonathan Stoker at plus 22. Michael Glover came back in games 2 and 3 to be plus 7.   Andre Battle made an appearance.  

 Congratulations to Al Kan who shot an 878 series on February 6th at Freeway Lanes of Parma. 
 
Al had games of 300, 279 with an open in the first frame and then 22 in a row before leaving a 9 pin on his last ball for a 299 game.  This is the highest score ever shot in the Greater Cleveland area.
